What is this Paper Pumpkin all about? Well, let me tell ya. It's a great thing to get started. It's basically a subscription, via Stampin' Up!, for $19.95 a month. Once you subscribe, you will receive a package every month with stamps, ink, paper and accessories to creat projects like cards, 3-D items and more. The paper is cut, measured and ready to create. It sounds like an amazing package to receive every month and everything is ready to go!
